REAR EXTENSION & OPEN PLAN KITCHEN

The Solid Rock team built the rear extension and refurbished most of the house, incorporating open plan living room and study.  The kitchen was designed and installed to create a harmonious indoor outdoor living space.

 

 

LOFT CONVERSION

Solid Rock designed and built the loft conversion which had issues of limited height.  Each loft conversion has its own unique challenges, which our design criteria overcome.  A feature of this project was incorporating a wet room alongside two bedrooms.

FULL HOUSE REFURBISHMENT

A two storey side extension was constructed incorporating a garage and utility space, leading to a single storey rear extension with a new open plan kitchen.  A new in-keeping staircase leads to a loft conversion and second bathroom.  Duncan is very proud of the wooden porch!

REAR EXTENSION & BASEMENT ALTERATIONS

The client owns a handful of properties in Quarry.  This is the second home the Solid Rock team have made significant alterations to.  This project involves a rear extension with substantial modifications to the basement and kitchen.  It also includes an outdoor office space and patio.
